Alison Harris Welcher
In January 2020, amidst the onset of a global pandemic, I welcomed my first son into the world. What was supposed to be a joyous occasion quickly became a journey of unexpected challenges. Like many families, my husband and I found ourselves thrust into the dual roles of new parents and remote workers, navigating uncharted territory while striving to find balance amidst uncertainty.
Alison has such a natural talent for getting the best from people. She leads with strength and compassion. She is genuinely interested in helping others reach their personal goals.
